Loctite 55 is a non-curing pipe thread sealing cord for metal and plastic threaded pipes and fittings. It provides an immediate full-pressure seal and allows small adjustments after assembly.
- Suitable for cold and hot water, potable water and gas applications
- Operating temperature: -20 °C to 150 °C
- Tested to EN 751-2 Class ARp
- WRAS listed for potable water
- Suitable for metal and plastic tapered pipe threads
- Integrated cutter in the dispenser
Apply to clean male threads in the direction of the thread, using the quantity recommended for the pipe diameter.
