Electrofusion Flange Kit

This Radius electrofusion flange kit creates a demountable flanged transition between compatible polyethylene pipe and a valve, pump, meter or other flanged component. Each listed option pairs a PE pipe diameter with a nominal flange size.

Size options

• 63 mm PE pipe to DN50 flange
• 90 mm PE pipe to DN80 flange
• 110 mm PE pipe to DN100 flange
• 125 mm PE pipe to DN100 flange

Kit information

The current product specification lists an electrofusion fitting, long-spigot PE flange stub and galvanised backing ring. Confirm whether the required gasket, bolts and any mating flange are supplied separately.

Check the PE pipe diameter and SDR, flange drilling and pressure class, face-to-face allowance and fluid service before ordering. Electrofusion preparation and jointing must be completed by a trained operator using compatible, calibrated equipment and the Radius installation procedure.
