Payment: pay by card as normal, or request a pro-forma invoice.

Business ordering & accounts
Choose the ordering route that fits how your business pays. Your online account keeps orders, reorders and returns together. It is not the same as a credit account.
2. Pro-forma order
For customers who need an invoice to arrange payment before goods are released.
Payment: select Request a pro-forma invoice in the basket and at checkout. We confirm availability, delivery and payment details first.
3. Trade account
A business relationship for repeat purchasing, purchase orders and a smoother ordering process.
Important: a trade account does not automatically provide discounts or credit terms.
4. Credit account
A trade account with agreed payment terms and a credit limit, normally assessed individually by our Office team.
Payment: credit-account orders are checked before goods are released. New or unknown customers are not automatically given credit.
