UK Flow Centre contractor enquiries
Tell us what you need help with. We will review your project and see whether we can connect you with a suitable contractor.
Choose the right starting point
If you need someone to install, repair or attend the site, continue with the contractor enquiry. If you are choosing parts or diagnosing a problem, our practical guides may help you resolve it first.
Project enquiry
Give us the key details below so we can understand the project, its location and the most useful next step.
All fields are required unless marked optional.
Projects we can review
UK Flow Centre supplies equipment across connected water and utility systems. This enquiry service is intended to help customers who need installation, repair, maintenance or practical site assistance, not just product advice.
Tell us about the site, location, timing and work required. We will review the information and see whether a suitable independent contractor may be available. Availability depends on the project, location and contractor capacity, so submitting the form does not guarantee an introduction.
New systems, extensions and alterations involving irrigation, pumps, controls, drainage, water storage, harvesting, pipework or related utilities.
Existing systems with leaks, pressure problems, pump faults, damaged pipework, drainage issues or maintenance requirements.
Projects that need practical input, a site assessment or help identifying the most sensible route before work is priced.
Self-help and product guidance
If the issue may be solved by selecting the correct component or working through a common fault, start with one of these UK Flow Centre guides. If the work still needs an installer or site attendance, return here and complete the form.
Common questions
You can enquire about irrigation, pumps and pump controls, drainage, water storage and rainwater harvesting, pipework, fittings, utilities, maintenance and fault-finding. Select the closest option in the form and explain anything unusual in the project details.
Enquiries can be submitted from anywhere in the UK. Contractor availability varies by location, project type and current workload, and we cannot guarantee that a suitable contractor will be available in every area.
There is no charge from UK Flow Centre for submitting this form. A contractor may charge for a survey, call-out, design, quotation or other work, but any charge and scope should be agreed with you before that service proceeds.
We aim to review enquiries within a few working days. It may take longer during busy periods, and this service should not be relied upon for emergency attendance.
UK Flow Centre reviews the enquiry and may share it with a suitable independent contractor. Any quotation, appointment and agreement for work is made directly between you and that contractor. UK Flow Centre does not supervise the work or act as agent for either party, and you should complete your own checks before appointing anyone.
Choose the closest option or select “Something else or not sure”, then describe the site and problem clearly. If you are mainly identifying a product or investigating a fault, the UK Flow Centre Technical Hub may be the better starting point.
For contractors
We are building a UK network of independent contractors across irrigation, pumps, drainage, water storage, pipework and related utilities.
Applications are reviewed manually. Applying does not guarantee acceptance or enquiries.
