Use the guidance, product information and planning tools on UK Flow Centre to work through a garden, estate, sports turf, farm, drainage, pumping or pipework job at your own pace. Save the exact products and variants you are considering, group them by job, then move the right items into your basket when you are ready.
A practical way to use the site
- Start with the job, not a product. Use the Technical Hub to understand the system, check compatible parts and narrow down the right route.
- Choose the exact version. On a product page, select the size, connection or other option you need before adding it to your List. The saved line records that selected variation, not only the product name.
- Build a List as you go. Add products, adjust quantities and remove individual items. A List is useful for one zone, repair, materials run or idea.
- Sign in to keep your work. Save a named List in your account so you can return to it. If you use the browser List without signing in, it is kept in that browser on that device.
- Group Lists into a Project. A Project is a named folder for one or more saved Lists: for example “Back garden irrigation”, “Clubhouse repairs” or “Spring pump-room work”.
- Choose your next step. Share or email the List, send the current List as a quote request, or add the List's selected products to your basket and check out in the normal way.

Use the buying guides to understand the choices, build a List room by room or zone by zone, and keep a record of the exact fittings and pipe sizes you have selected.
Contractors and trade teams
Make separate Lists for phases, areas or materials. Save them under the job name, share them with a colleague or customer, and return later without having to rebuild the selection from memory.

When a customer sends a quote request from a List, the enquiry includes the selected items and quantities. Use the product variations, photographs, measurements and job notes to check the proposed route before advising or quoting.
What each tool does

- List
- A selection of exact product variations and quantities. Individual lines can be removed. A List can be emailed, shared, sent as a quote request or moved into the basket.
- Project
- A named group of saved Lists for one job. It helps organise work; it is not a technical design, a stock reservation, a formal quotation or an order.
- Quote request
- An enquiry sent to UK Flow Centre about the current List. It is reviewed by the team; it is not an automatic price guarantee or confirmed supply.
- Basket
- The normal Shopify basket for products you are ready to buy. Check quantities, delivery and prices before completing an order.
Useful planning information to gather
- What you want the system to do, and the area or zones involved.
- Photographs, simple measurements and where the water comes from.
- Existing pipe size, fitting type, thread type or product labels where you are extending or repairing a system.
- For pumping: the required flow, lift or pressure, and any existing equipment details.

A Project is an organiser for saved Lists; it is not a completed system design or a confirmed quote. For safety and compatibility, customers should check the product guidance and ask for help where the application is uncertain.
Questions people often ask
Can I save an idea and come back to it?
Yes. Save a named List in your account and add it to a Project if it belongs to a larger job.
Does a Project create an order or reserve stock?
No. It keeps related Lists together. Products are only being ordered when they are added to the basket and checkout is completed.
Is a quote request the same as a quotation?
No. A request gives the team the current List and job details so they can review it. Any formal quotation is supplied separately by UK Flow Centre.
Can I buy every item in my List?
Yes. From the List, use the option to add the selected items together to the basket, then review the basket before checkout.
