Need to return an item or report a problem with an order? Complete our returns form. Have your order number, order date, item details and delivery address ready. We will review the request and email you with the next steps. Please wait for return instructions before sending goods.

Can I return my product?

For eligible standard stock, you can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. The item should be unused and resaleable, in its original packaging where reasonably possible. You normally pay return postage unless we agree otherwise. Special-order and bespoke goods are reviewed under their agreed terms.

If you are a consumer who bought online, your legal right to cancel normally lets you tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are handled separately and your statutory rights remain intact. Please tell us promptly about any issue so we can help.

What information do you need?

The form asks for your Shopify order number, order and delivery dates, name, reply email, address, affected items and quantities, the reason for the request, and what you would like us to do. If you have photos of damage or a fault, email them to logistics@jkirrigation.co.uk with your order number. The form does not require a Google account.
