Plasson Push-Fit Female Adaptor

The PLASSON push-fit female adaptor connects PE water pipe to a compatible male-threaded valve, fitting or item of equipment. One end provides a push-fit pipe connection and the other an Rp female thread to ISO 7-1.

Choosing the correct adaptor

The metric dimension is the outside diameter of the PE pipe; the imperial dimension is the Rp female thread. Check both connections before ordering. This fitting is not suitable where a male threaded outlet is required.

Installation guidance

Cut the pipe square, remove burrs and dirt, and follow the current PLASSON push-fit fitting instructions. Push the prepared pipe fully home. Join the female thread to a compatible male ISO 7-1 connection using an appropriate sealing method, avoiding excessive tightening. Pressure-test the completed system before use.
