Rain Bird 1800 Series spray bodies are used with compatible Rain Bird spray or rotary nozzles for lawns, borders and landscape beds. The available variants combine different pop-up heights with Seal-A-Matic check-valve and pressure-regulation options.

Choose the correct variant

• 1804 SAM: 4 in (10.2 cm) pop-up with check valve.
• 1804 SAM/PRS 2.1 bar: 4 in pop-up with check valve and 30 psi regulation for spray nozzles.
• 1804 SAM/PRS 3.1 bar: 4 in pop-up with check valve and 45 psi regulation for rotary nozzles.
• 1806 RD SAM/PRS 2.1 bar: 6 in (15.2 cm) pop-up.
• 1812 SAM/PRS 2.1 bar: 12 in (30.5 cm) pop-up.

Installation and compatibility

The listing identifies a 1/2 in BSP bottom inlet. Install the body at finished ground level and select the nozzle separately for the required arc, radius and flow. Rain Bird 1800 bodies accept Rain Bird spray nozzles; match PRS-30 to spray nozzles and PRS-45 to rotary nozzles.

SAM models hold back up to 4.2 m of elevation change to reduce low-head drainage. Pressure-regulated models control pressure at the stem but do not replace correct zone sizing or filtration.
