Rain Bird Installation Tool for 17 mm XF Barbed Fittings

The Rain Bird FITINSTOOL helps insert compatible 17 mm XF barbed fittings into XF Series dripline. It holds the tubing and fitting in alignment to reduce the effort needed to make a secure connection.

Compatibility

• Rain Bird code: X36380.
• Use with: Rain Bird XF coupling, elbow and tee fittings, including XFF-COUP, XFF-ELBOW and XFF-TEE.
• Tubing: compatible 17 mm Rain Bird XF Series dripline.

Use

Place the cut tubing and the correct barbed fitting into the tool, then close the handles to press the joint together. Make square, clean cuts and inspect the completed connection before pressurising the zone.

Important: This tool is for compatible Rain Bird XF barbed fittings. Check the tubing outside diameter and fitting family before ordering.
