Carson Brooks Jumbo Valve Box

The Carson Brooks 1220 Jumbo Valve Box forms a large, accessible underground chamber around irrigation valves, manifolds, filters and cable connections. It keeps soil away from serviceable components while allowing future isolation, inspection and repair from ground level.

Construction and selection

• Carson 1220 Jumbo format, nominally 12 × 20 in
• HDPE body with a removable green cover
• Flared body and pipe-entry openings for underground installation
• Light-duty, non-traffic enclosure for pedestrian or green areas

Choose the box from the complete assembly dimensions and the working clearance required around the equipment, not from the model name alone. Support it on stable material, finish the lid at the correct surface level and do not install it in vehicle-loading areas, concrete or asphalt. The enclosure provides access and protection but is not a watertight tank or structural manhole.
