Carson Brooks Standard Valve Box

The Carson Brooks 1419 Standard Valve Box creates an accessible underground chamber around irrigation valves, fittings and electrical connections. It keeps soil away from serviceable equipment while allowing future inspection, isolation and repair from ground level.

Construction and selection

• Carson 1419 format, nominally 14 × 19 in
• HDPE body with a removable green cover
• Flared body with pipe-entry openings for buried installation
• Light-duty, non-traffic enclosure for pedestrian or green areas

Select the box from its complete dimensions and the clearance needed to operate and remove the installed equipment. Support it on stable material, finish the lid at the correct surface level and keep it away from vehicle-loading areas. The enclosure is an access chamber, not a watertight tank or structural manhole.
