The Hansen Female Threaded Elbow has a female BSPT connection at both ends. It provides a right-angle connection between compatible male-threaded valves, fittings and pipework components.
Choose the correct size
Select the BSPT size that matches both male-threaded components. This is a female-to-female threaded elbow and does not connect directly to plain pipe.

Installation guidance
- Confirm the thread type, gender and size before fitting.
- Use a suitable thread sealing paste or tape on threaded joints.
- Do not overtighten: hand-tighten, then tighten a further one to two turns only.
- Do not install below driveways, paths or foundations.
Not suitable for swimming-pool or spa water with high chlorine concentrations.
