Hunter ICD two-wire irrigation decoders

Hunter ICD decoders connect field valve stations to a compatible controller over a two-wire path. Select the one-, two- or four-station option to match the number of independently controlled valves at the installation point.

Available options

• ICD-100: one station.
• ICD-200: two stations.
• ICD-400: four stations.

Compatibility and installation

Hunter specifies ICD decoders for ACC2 Decoder and legacy ACC-99D Decoder controllers. Hunter also confirms that ICD-100, ICD-200 and ICD-400 can be used with an I-Core DUAL system. Check the installed controller, output module and station programming before ordering. DUAL and EZ-1 are different decoder families.

ICD decoders have integrated surge protection and include waterproof DBRY-6 connectors for the two-wire path splices. Hunter recommends no more than approximately 45 m from decoder to solenoid; confirm the full cable and grounding design against the installation documents.

Compare the ICD-100, ICD-200 and ICD-400 station counts and body dimensions in the product gallery. Hunter lists maximum two-wire runs of 3 km with 2 mm² ID1 cable or 4.5 km with 4 mm² ID2 cable for ICD systems; confirm the full site design.
