Hunter X2 outdoor irrigation controller

The Hunter X2 is a fixed-station outdoor controller for conventional 24 V AC irrigation valves. Choose 4, 6, 8 or 14 stations. The optional WAND module adds Hydrawise Wi-Fi management and Bluetooth setup without replacing the controller.

Stand-alone X2 programming

• Three independent programmes with four start times per programme.
• Station run times up to 6 hours.
• Cycle and Soak, seasonal adjustment and delay-between-stations functions.
• QuickCheck field-wiring diagnostics and short-circuit protection.
• One sensor input and a pump/master-valve output.
• IP44 plastic wall-mount enclosure.

With the optional WAND module

Hydrawise adds remote management, weather-based adjustment, controller alerts and Bluetooth setup. Hunter states that connected programming supports three programmes with six start times each and maximum run times of 24 hours.

Selection note: Station capacity is fixed, so allow for planned zones when choosing the model. WAND is sold separately.
