Perrot VP3 ATC Piston-Drive Pop-up Sprinkler

The Perrot VP3 ATC is a piston-drive pop-up sprinkler for large-area sports irrigation, including synthetic turf, hockey pitches and racetracks.

This configuration

• Standard version without an integral valve.
• ATC artificial-turf cap configuration.
• Select the 16 mm, 20 mm or 24 mm nozzle.

Technical information

• Inlet: 2 inch BSP female, with a brass inlet bushing.
• Recommended operating pressure: 4–8 bar at the sprinkler.
• Pop-up height: 120 mm.
• Trajectory: 25°.
• Manufacturer reference throw radius across the VP3 range: 34–54 m, depending on nozzle and pressure.
• Adjustable rotation speed: approximately 50–120 seconds per 180°.

The reference range is not a guaranteed radius for every nozzle or valve configuration. Use the manufacturer’s performance table and account for system pressure losses when designing the installation.

Service and installation

The enclosed piston drive is designed for controlled rotation. The manufacturer provides access from above for servicing. The artificial-turf cover must be installed to suit the playing surface.
