The PLASSON ball valve with female Rc threads provides quarter-turn isolation for water pipework. Its glass-reinforced polyamide body offers a corrosion-resistant alternative to metal valves, with sizes from ¾ in to 2 in.

Installation

Isolate and depressurise the system. Keep the valve body supported while making threaded joints, use a sealing method suitable for ISO 7-1 threads and the service, and avoid imposing pipe strain on the valve.

Confirm chemical, temperature and pressure compatibility before use. Do not exceed PN16, overtighten the connections or operate a damaged valve. Pressure-test the completed installation before service.
