Plasson Push-Fit Equal Coupler

The PLASSON push-fit equal coupler joins two lengths of the same outside-diameter PE water pipe in a straight run. Its tool-free, end-loaded connection makes it useful for new installations, repairs and extensions where a secure demountable mechanical fitting is required.

Choosing the correct size

Select the variant that matches the outside diameter of both PE pipes. This is an equal coupler; it does not reduce between pipe sizes or provide a threaded connection. Confirm the pipe material and use the appropriate PLASSON liner where required by the installation.

Installation guidance

Cut the pipe square, remove burrs and dirt, and follow the current PLASSON push-fit fitting instructions. Push each prepared pipe fully into the corresponding end and check that the joint is correctly seated before pressurising. Pressure-test the completed system in accordance with the installation requirements.
