Plasson Push-Fit Male Adaptor

The PLASSON push-fit male adaptor connects compatible metric polyethylene water pipe to a female-threaded valve, fitting or item of equipment. It combines a push-fit pipe connection with a male ISO 7-1 thread.

Choosing the correct size

The first dimension is the PE pipe outside diameter and the second is the nominal male thread size. Confirm both measurements and the mating female thread standard before ordering; the inch size is not the pipe outside diameter.

Installation guidance

Cut the PE pipe square, clean and deburr it, then push it fully into the fitting until it reaches the stop. Start the threaded connection carefully to avoid cross-threading and use a sealing method compatible with the mating component. Follow the current PLASSON instructions and pressure-test the completed joint before use.
