Plasson Push-Fit Metric-to-Imperial Coupler

The PLASSON push-fit metric-to-imperial coupler connects modern metric PE water pipe to compatible imperial-sized pipe in one straight fitting. It is intended for repair and transition work where an existing imperial service needs to be joined to metric PE.

Choosing the correct size

The first dimension is the metric PE pipe outside diameter; the second is the imperial pipe size. This is a pipe-to-pipe coupler, not a threaded adaptor. Confirm both pipe sizes and materials before ordering.

Installation guidance

PLASSON specifies no insert on the imperial pipe end; a suitable liner is required only for the metric PE pipe. Cut and clean both pipe ends, follow the current PLASSON fitting instructions and push each pipe fully home. Assembly tools and fitting disassembly are not required. Pressure-test the completed joint before use.
