Plasson Threaded Reducing Bushing

PLASSON threaded reducing bushing for adapting a larger female threaded port to a smaller female connection in water-service pipework. The external R thread screws into the larger port, while the internal Rp thread accepts the smaller male fitting.

Selecting a size

Choose the first size for the external male thread and the second for the internal female thread. Check the selected variant’s pressure class: most smaller reductions are PN16, while several larger reductions are PN10.

Installation

Use only with compatible ISO 7-1 threaded components. Confirm thread sizes, connection sexes and system pressure before ordering. Keep the fitting free from unsupported pipe loads and follow the project’s approved jointing procedure.
