A reducing female-to-female threaded socket from PLASSON’s Line 5 polypropylene fitting range. It connects a ¾ in male thread to a ½ in male thread in water installations.

Selection and installation
Check both male thread sizes and the system pressure before ordering. Isolate and depressurise the system, start both threads by hand, use a suitable thread seal where required and avoid overtightening the polypropylene fitting. Pressure-test before service.
