A straight female-to-female threaded socket from PLASSON’s Line 5 polypropylene fitting range. It joins two compatible male pipe threads in water installations.

Size selection
Choose the same nominal female thread size at both ends. Check the male thread standard and system pressure before ordering; the pressure class changes above 1 in.
Installation
Isolate and depressurise the system. Start both threads by hand, use a suitable thread seal where required and avoid overtightening the polypropylene fitting. Pressure-test the joint before service.
