PVC Pipe Insulation 1 m Length for 1-inch Pipe

Wall Size: 13 mm thick walls
Length: 1 m
Also known As: Foam Pipe Lagging, Pipe Insulation, Insulation Foam

Climaflex is a foam (polyethylene) based closed cell pipe insulation suitable for water and heating applications. It is the same as Tubolit pipe insulation. The insulation can be glued, taped or just pushed together to form an insulated pipe.

Polyethylene-based closed-cell foam pipe insulation for heating and plumbing.

Features & Benefits: Climaflex Polyethylene Pipe Insulation 1 m Lengths (Same as Tubolit)

Thermal conductivity (DIN 52613):0,038 W/mK at 40 °C, 0,036 W/mK at 20 °C, 0,034 W/mK at 0 °C

Ignition resistance (BS 476, Part 12:1991):no ignition source A & B

Water vapour permeability (DIN52615)

Water absorption (DIN 53495):0,5 % vol. after 40 days

Temperature range: -45 °C to +105 °C

Noise damping: up to 23 dB(A) DIN 52218)

*Please note there are many variants of PVC pipe, including different classifications and wall thickness etc. This can result in the insulation not fitting as tightly on some pipe compared to others. This does not affect its performance.
