Metric PVC plain socket

This PVC-U socket joins two compatible metric PVC pipes of the same outside diameter in a straight solvent-weld connection. It can be used to extend a pipe run or make a permanent in-line repair where the pipe can be moved into the sockets.

Selection and installation

• Available for 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm and 63 mm metric PVC pipe.
• Select by the pipe outside diameter.
• Metric and imperial PVC sizes are not directly interchangeable.
• Prepare and bond both sockets using suitable PVC cleaner and solvent cement.
