Two-station Rain Bird field decoder

This Rain Bird field decoder provides two addressed outputs for compatible SiteControl Decoder or ESP-LXD two-wire irrigation systems. It allows field valves to be added without running a separate control conductor back to the controller for each station.

Selection and installation

• Two-station decoder configuration.
• Designed for a compatible Rain Bird two-wire path.
• Install in a valve box where practical; direct burial is also supported by the Rain Bird decoder family.
• Use approved waterproof cable joints and follow the controller wiring and surge-protection design.

Check before ordering: Confirm the existing controller family, available decoder addresses and the number of solenoids that must operate at once. This is not a module for a conventional multi-wire controller.
