Rain Bird 752 Internal Assembly

This is a replacement internal assembly only. It is not a complete sprinkler, and does not include the outer case.

Replacement Rain Bird 752 full-circle/part-circle internal assembly, supplied with a #40 orange nozzle. Also described as the rotor insert or riser assembly, it is intended for compatible Rain Bird EAGLE 750E, 751E and 752E cases.

Arc adjustment guide

Use a 6.5 mm flat-blade screwdriver and make adjustments with the rotor off. Do not force the full/part-circle adjustment screw.

1. Turn the full/part-circle adjustment screw to the part-circle icon.
2. Arc A: the left-hand edge of the arc is fixed. The arc adjustment screw moves the right-hand edge.
3. Arc B: the right-hand edge is fixed. The arc adjustment screw moves the left-hand edge, and works in the reverse direction to the marks shown on the turret.
4. To change between Arc A and Arc B, temporarily select full-circle, rotate the turret in its direction of rotation until the nozzle points between the edges of the required arc, then return the adjustment screw to part-circle.
5. For full-circle watering, turn the adjustment screw to the full-circle setting. The stored Arc A and Arc B settings are retained for later use.

When fitting a replacement assembly, align the required fixed arc edge before refitting the snap ring. Run the rotor manually and fine-tune as required.

Before ordering

Check the existing rotor model, case, valve type, pressure-regulator setting and nozzle requirement. This is a replacement internal assembly, not a complete new rotor installation; reuse depends on the condition and compatibility of the existing case and control components.
